High-Rise Residential Tower

This thirty-story building is situated in a narrow, oceanside lot in Hallandale Beach, Florida. The site imposed itself strongly into the final design resulting in an usually sleek program. There is an emphasis on materiality between the vertical tower and the prostrate space the emulates its standing counterpart. The parking garage has been designed to serve as both a green space and recreational area, creating a confluence of sensations at the point of introduction to the building. 

The project is featured in the 2013 Fall/Winter edition of 9fi5th magazine, pp. 50-51.
