4700 Residence is located in the heart of the west side in Miami Beach Florida. The design is focused on embedding the residence’s views with 180 degrees to the NW into the architecture. Floating rectangles of modern materials cantilever towards the water. Glass, concrete and wood are combined creating sensible environmental highlights on the house. 
With approximately 6,000 SF of new construction, the three combined lots contain subtle lines of an elegant high-end functional living program: social area, 6/6, guest house, gym/spa building, tennis court and pool.
