Currently under construction in San Pedro, Belize. The community is tied together with a convention center and a multifaceted tourism complex. Three different sized prototype houses accommodate hotel residential: The Cove House; multifamily residential: The Condo; and high end residential: The Mansion. These integrate a sub-urban master plan.
